Return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 60 days of receipt for refund or exchange. • We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn or soiled. • We cannot accept items covered in human or pet hair. • We cannot accept items with distinct odors. • If no longer sold it can't be returned for an exchange or refund. DEFECTS (30 days) - Contact customerservice@glpwebstores.com with your order info, pics of the defect, and whether you need a refund or replacement.
